Vintage Cubist Still Life
A superb ‘landscape oriented’ still life oil painting. Cubist forms and vibrant brush strokes make this piece a really lively work. I have not been able to trace the artist but this style is very much of the 1960s period and similar to many artists practising in Southern Sweden at the time.
This format and size are so useful for placing in unusual spaces, particularly above doorways. Lovely, original frame as well.
